How to have a Healthy Pregnancy

DO'S

-See your doctor regularly! This can help spot any problems throughout pregnancy.

-Continue taking folic acid throughout pregnancy. This will prevent birth defects.

-Eat a variety of healthy foods.

-Drink lots of water.

-Make sure you are physically active,

-Make sure you sleep well. Don't force yourself to stay awake if you cannot. It is important to rest for your baby and yourself.

-Stay away from all drugs and alchol.

-Brush your teeth.

DONT'S

-Do not intake any kind of drug without your doctor's permission.

-Stay away from alchol.

-Be careful of what you eat! Make sure it is healthy for you and the baby.

-Try your best to avoid X-rays. X-rays can be harmfl to the baby.

-Stay away from tabbacco. It can cause horrific symptoms to the baby.

-Avoid being near people who smoke. This is just as bad as smoking for you and your baby.

-Avoid taking caffeine.

-Avoid cleaning cat litter boxes.
