trying to figure out what foods to consume on a daily basis , and we haven ’ t even spoken about how we find out how much of these nutrients we need to consume on a daily basis . But I ’ ve got some good news for you , there is a simple and hassle-free method to track what you are eating and what nutrients make up each food , and it ’ s found on your phone . I have been utilising an app that is free to install on your phone and helps myself and my clients track the foods we eat and what the macronutrient breakdown of that food is day to day , and it ’ s called MyFitness Pal . This app is effective and simple tool to use and very time efficient so you ’ re not spending your day logging foods and trying to work out how much you should be consuming . And now for the best part , MyFitness Pal can then link with an app called Trainerize which is used by personal trainers and health coaches like myself to track and monitor not only my client ’ s nutritional intake but also their daily and weekly exercise sessions that they perform , as well as goals and measurements and the ability to interact and ask questions and get fullsupport from your personal trainer . All of this can be done in the palm of your hand .
