HD: My favorite champagne? It is very
difficult to choose one, but I have a soft spot
for Perrier-Jouët, Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs
1993, the first vintage of this cuvee I created to
pay tribute to Chardonnay, the signature grape
of the House.
