Will McCarthy is a sponsor of Stewartry Rugby club with his business Galloway Vets , he recently he told Rugby Club Magazine ,
” I am originally from Ireland and moved to the area in 2007 after finishing my studies at Glasgow , after a few years I moved to work in Ayrshire before returning in 2012 . I have to say the hospitality of the club is second to none I have always greatly appreciated the way they have looked after myself and taken care of their sponsors and the service they provide to people in our local community . Unfortunately due to work commitments and having a young family I am unable to get along as often as I would like these days . My two sons Michael 6 , Joseph 4 and my 2 year old daughter Bridgit naturally take up a lot of my time .
It is fantastic that Stewartry have been chosen in recognition of their contribution to rugby locally and as a fan of the sport I would like to wish them all the very best for the remainder of the 20212 / 2022 season !”
