We have weekly coffee chats on Zoom and connect to check in on each other and talk about what
we all are doing during this time!
We keep in touch frequently via text and Zoom meetings so we can actually see each other. Myself
and my management team have 'happy hour' via Zoom weekly and it's great. We laugh together
which is such a mood lifter. If anyone is having a rough day, we try to cheer them up as well as share
our bad days so they know it's normal and they are not alone. Even if we don;t get a response from
some staff, we still check in.
We meet via zoom weekly and share thought snap plans for reopening.

Weekly Zoom meeting with my team
While most of our furloughed employees will be financially whole as a result of the state and federal
unemployment benefits, I still recognize that uncertainty causes a great deal of fear. So I just sent
out gift cards to all of our employees ($50 each X 100 employees) to help ease the worry and
provide a bright spot in their day. We also have weekly "all employee" zoom conferences where we
give a state of the union, a positive and inspirational message and a terrible "dad joke". We also
offer daily zoom classes on wellness, tai ji, yoga, meditation, etc.
Work at home such as giving them weekly tasks,E-learnings and sending positive/motivational
videos. Weekly video chat with the team.
