Levelling and deburring solutions at EuroBLECH
ARKU Maschinenbau will present new solutions for deburring and levelling in industrial sheet metal processing at EuroBLECH 2026 in Hanover, Germany( 20-23 October 2026). The centrepiece of the company’ s trade show presence will be the EdgeBreaker ® 3000 FIBER deburring machine. Visitors will be able to see the machine live in operation on stand A94 in Hall 11 at the Hanover Exhibition Grounds. ARKU in focus
“ As the use of fibre laser technology continues to grow, so do the demands placed upon downstream processing. To address these challenges, we developed the EdgeBreaker ® 3000 FIBER. The machine removes hard fibre laser burrs and rounds edges in a single operation. At the same time, it processes both sides of the part, reducing processing time by up to 50 per cent and making manufacturing operations more efficient,” outlined ARKU.
“ We will also showcase our Wizard software, designed Gottfried Sihler, CEO, ARKU. to simplify the operation of levelling and deburring machines, at EuroBLECH 2026. The software automatically determines the optimal machine parameters and assists operators during machine set-up,” it continued.
In addition to the EdgeBreaker ® 3000 FIBER, ARKU will highlight a range of solutions for industrial sheet metal processing. These include levelling and deburring machines for laser-cut, punched and flame-cut parts, autonomous part handling systems, strip processing lines www. arku. com and coil laser systems.
“ The pressure on manufacturing companies continues to increase. They need to make their processes more costeffective while addressing the ongoing skilled labour shortage. Our solutions provide practical approaches to meeting these challenges,” explained Gottfried Sihler, CEO, ARKU.
Beyond individual machines, ARKU develops complete process chains( from coil to finished part and from levelling and deburring to autonomous part handling for fibre laser, laser and flamecut parts). After EuroBLECH, ARKU invites interested visitors to experience these integrated solutions live at ARKU’ s Levelling and Deburring Centre in Baden- Baden, Germany.
With its headquarters in Baden-Baden, Germany, and ISO-certified facilities in Cincinnati( USA) and Kunshan( China), the company operates in over 30 countries. ARKU also offers toll processing services in three levelling and deburring centres in Baden-Baden( Germany), Cincinnati( USA) and, since January 2025, in Greenville( USA) with its latest machinery. It has also set up a 3000 sq. m. second production plant in Bühl( Germany), 15 kilometres from its main site in Baden-Baden. n
