Yamazaki Mazak Corporation( Mazak) will present four machines spanning tube, structural and flat sheet processing, including three new models, alongside its first product launch in a new range of products, at EuroBLECH.
The FG-400 NEO 6kW is built for heavy-duty structural tube processing. Equipped with a 6kW fibre laser source, it cuts round material and square sections, covering cutting, bevelling, drilling and tapping in one system.
The OPTIPLEX HP is Mazak’ s high-power plate cutting fibre laser system with new SmoothCUT 15kW and 20kW resonators( 3015 and 4220 models). Paired with Grand Cut technology, SmoothCUT keeps material temperature stable while limiting nozzle heat, supporting performance on thick sections.
The OPTIPLEX 3015 Ez-L pairs a 6kW laser source with stable, repeatable performance on thin to medium-thickness materials. It features a newly engineered body, SmoothCUT resonator and redesigned cutting head. It can also be integrated with Mazak automation systems for automatic loading and unloading.
