The Flexible Smart Line S4 + P4 integrates an S4 punchingshearing machine and P4 panel bender, automatically producing different parts in sequence without WIP, manual set-up or sheet metal handling by operators. It features an MD single sheet store-tower and MCU Cartesian device as well as FLOW( MOM software to manage the line).

The Flexible Smart Job Shop combines stand-alone technologies that can work independently or collaborate on convergent productions. The system features a L3. G4 laser in fully automated configuration with an LTWS store-tower and MCU automatic sorting device. The highlight of Schröder Group’ s offering at EuroBLECH 2026 is a new gantry solution for the MAK 4 Evolution UD folder. It automates loading, unloading and gauging, enabling unmanned production without the use of a robot. Blanks are loaded from pallets and measured optically, eliminating additional referencing. After folding, finished parts are unloaded automatically, with different palletising options available via the machine control. Also on display will be the PowerBend Industrial UD 3200 / 6.0 for steel sheets of up to 6mm thick.

“ Its up-and-down folding beam eliminates the need to turn workpieces for reverse folds, while the 850mm clamping beam stroke provides generous clearance for deep parts. The machine features POS 3000 3D graphical control, a suction plate gauge and radius step folding.
