With the new TURBO2plus Compact, RAS Reinhardt Maschinenbau is modernising its machine portfolio with a space-saving bending solution that is designed to deliver precision and flexibility, even in confined production environments.
“ The TURBO2plus Compact is based on the construction and technology of the standard TURBO2plus model but features a newly designed housing. Thanks to its more compact build, and particularly the reduced overall height, the machine integrates easily even into tight spaces. Improved access to the machine also simplifies the handling of larger parts and enhances material flow. It is available in
At SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2025 in Essen, Germany in September, SOYER will present a new development tailored to fit the requirements of modern welding and assembly technology that has been specially designed for flexible use. The specialist in fastening and joining technologies will present its newly developed BMS-9 HYBRID stud welder.
“ A special highlight at this year’ s trade show will be the BMS-9 HYBRID studwelding device, featuring hybrid power. Compatible with the newly developed HPS-1 mains adapter, this device is ideal for flexible use in workshops. It consistently delivers high performance and reliable functionality, regardless of whether it is used for stationary applications or assembly works on-site,” Heinz Soyer Bolzenschweißtechnik GmbH( SOYER) explained.
“ The BMS-9 Hybrid is also optionally available with a rechargeable battery that can be charged using the HPS-1 mains adapter when the device is not in use. This makes it suitable for mains-independent use during assembly work, offering flexibility for professional users,” added SOYER.

bending lengths of 2540mm, 3200mm or 4060mm, and can process steel sheets of up to 2.5mm thick with a tool height of 145mm,” confirmed RAS.
“ The machine is specifically designed for small businesses that cannot afford to compromise on quality, bending capacity or ease of use( despite limited installation space). Depending upon user preference, the machine can be operated with either the intelligent, graphically guided Bendex software or the streamlined OpenEditor interface. Both options ensure fast, precise, and efficient programming,” it added.
The TURBO2plus Compact can be flexibly equipped with segmented upperbeam tools for creating three- or four-sided bent parts, such as boxes. Segmented folding beam tools or crowning rails can also be integrated for special geometries, even on long parts. Meet RAS at Blechexpo( Hall 1, booth 1604) in Stuttgart, Germany( 21-24 October 2025).
