INTRODUCTION OF LARGE FORMAT FIBER LASER CUTTING AT THE EUROBLECH
The Voortman V353 large format fiber laser cutting machine offers flexibility and autonomy for heavy processing . The machine is able to process large format sheets to maximize material yield and is equipped with 3D bevelling .
MAXIMIZED FLEXIBILITY
Experience ultimate flexibility with the V353 ’ s extended cutting bed up to 36 meters / 120 ft . The system is designed for heavy plate processing up to 40 mm / 1.5 ” thick , in large format sheets which can go up to 3 meters / 10 ft wide . Being equipped with a 3D bevelling unit complete parts can be created .
RUN UNMANNED FOR HOURS
The bed can be used to buffer multiple plates or remnants for running hours unmanned , also during the night . Several thicknesses can be loaded and are automatically measured for their position on the bed . The nozzle changer automatically changes to the right nozzle when processing a different plate thickness .
IMPROVED LOGISTICS
The low bed allows for easy loading and unloading while the machine is processing another plate elsewhere on the bed . Several plates can be loaded and even be left on the bed to produce products just-in-time for the next processing step .
