The investment in people and technology at Gwinner is part of Bobcat Company ’ s long-term strategic growth initiatives as a
leading equipment manufacturer to support its manufacturing footprint plan . Bobcat Company has been building compact loaders in Gwinner , a town of 951 people in southeastern North Dakota , since 1958 . The company and the town are now intertwined , with approximately one in seven Gwinner residents working at the plant .
For AP & T North America , the commissioning of the new line is an important milestone in a successful collaboration .

2022 milestones for Bobcat Company
January 2022 : Bobcat unveiled its new , all-electric Bobcat T7X compact track loader at CES 2022 .
April 2022 : Walk-behind mower line-up unveiled in three width options ( 36- , 48- and 52 in .).
May 2022 : Plans were announced for a new assembly plant in Rogers , Minn . This investment adds an additional 225,000 sq . ft . in production capacity and enables the company to streamline efficiencies across its manufacturing footprint in the Midwest region .
New telehandlers were announced ( TL723 and TL923 ). Electric T7X , E32e and E10e were showcased at Bobcat Central ’ s flagship store in Stockton , California .
July 2022 : Bobcat broke new ground with the PBR ( Professional Bull Riders ) as it sponsored the Carolina Cowboys , one of eight teams in the landmark new PBR Team Series bull riding league .
August 2022 : Bobcat Company announced an exclusive platinum package available on select machines .
September 2022 : Bobcat unveiled its most powerful loaders ever produced with the introduction of the T86 compact track loader and the S86 skid-steer loader . The Bobcat loaders offer three hydraulic flow options in one machine . Bobcat North America wrapped up its annual Community Service volunteer effort with more than 425 employees dedicating their time and talents to support 35 community projects .
A new , 110,000-sq . -ft . Bobcat Aftermarket Parts Distribution Centre was opened in Reno , Nevada .
October 2022 : The company celebrated the completion of its Statesville , N . C ., manufacturing facility expansion . The US $ 70-million investment makes the location the company ’ s largest manufacturing facility in North America and will add hundreds more jobs in Iredell County over the next five years .
Bobcat expanded into the light compaction equipment industry with the introduction of nine machines . The full range of Bobcat light compaction products included rammers , forward plates compactors , reversible plates compactors and trench rollers .
The company unveiled its autonomous mower concept at Equip Exposition in Louisville , Ky ( USA ).
Bobcat also showcased the job site of the future at bauma 2022 , a global construction machine trade fair in Munich . Electrification was in the spotlight with the unveiling of the battery-electric E19e compact excavator .
November 2022 : Bobcat and its employees donated more than US $ 250,000 to non-profit organisations focused on education , community prosperity and health resources . Doosan Bobcat matched nearly half of total employee donations to further amplify employee generosity .
