TWINCUT20 Coil Multiblanking Line .
Ekicontrol Coil Processing Lines is a family company based in the Basque Country , Spain , since 1986 . It designs , manufactures and installs coil processing lines for carbon steel , stainless steel and aluminium metal coils .
“ We manufacture slitting ; cut-to-length and multi blanking lines as well as combined cutting lines to cut and wind simultaneously ; complete press feed lines and lines with special requirements ( such as internal punching and profiling ). We make the most of the coil length so that less material is wasted . The coils also take up much less storage space than sheet-metal blanks . A one-ton , 1mm-thick coil is 850 metres long ; an Ekicontrol cutting line cuts 3m blanks in less than an hour . Incorporating circular blades in the straightener module enables us to adjust the width and make different cuts on the coil using the same machine ,” it concluded .
