FACE TO FACE past decade, we have introduced patented technologies and new solutions designed around our customers’ real production needs. Our key strength is the ability to develop dedicated solutions, combined with one of the widest machine ranges in the market. This approach provides a strong foundation for future growth.
ISMR: What, in your view, are important industry trends and challenges? How are you responding to these?
AS: The industry increasingly demands automation, smart solutions and machines that are both simple to operate and consistently productive— from entry-level equipment to heavy-duty systems.
EMC responds by keeping its R & D at the forefront of software development and machine design. Our objective is to achieve the best possible balance between investment cost, ease of use, process reliability and performance.
ISMR: Which areas of growth / opportunities can you highlight for EMC and its customers?
AS: EMC’ s main opportunity lies in scaling the flexibility for which we are known. We can develop tailormade machines and customised solutions for manufacturers of all sizes, while our ongoing expansion is giving us the structure and capabilities needed to manage larger and more complex projects.
We work side-by-side with our customers, providing responsive service and an increasingly industrial approach that meets their expectations throughout today’ s technological transition. Being part of the Felder Group, a recognised global leader in the

long-term partner. We therefore place strong emphasis on close relationships with end users and on a skilled after-sales team that can transfer process expertise, optimise finishing results and support customers throughout the machine’ s lifecycle.
ISMR: Are there any products / technologies / services that you have released or are releasing this year( including for EuroBLECH) that you would like to discuss?
AS: EMC offers one of the broadest portfolios of deburring and surface finishing solutions in the market. Our commitment to innovation is also reflected in our participation in the EuroBLECH Awards. At the EuroBLECH Awards in 2024, EMC competed with the OXY- M1100 6B / D( for deburring, edge rounding and descaling / oxide removal), showcasing our latest advancements in automation, productivity and process performance.
This year, we are once again participating in the EuroBLECH Awards with a strong focus on software innovation. We are introducing a new generation of digital solutions designed to enhance machine performance, improve the user experience and increase manufacturing efficiency.
As manufacturing processes become more complex and operator expertise becomes increasingly difficult to find, users need clear guidance to identify the optimal process parameters. Our new software interface addresses this challenge through dedicated set-up wizards and intelligent guidance tools that simplify machine configuration and help operators to achieve consistent, high-quality results( regardless of their level of experience).
This combination of process expertise, intuitive software and a comprehensive machine portfolio embody EMC’ s approach
