Founded by Gavin Narburgh in 1971 in his parent’ s basement, Monti Inc. now has six plants in the states of Ohio, New Mexico and South Carolina in the USA. The company is a manufacturer and fabricator of copper and aluminium conductors, electrical insulation and steel components for the electrical industry. Services offered include copper bus bar and sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, stamping, powder coating, die design & build and assembly.
Monti offers a wide range of machining, stamping and fabrication capabilities. Its typical customers are large electrical OEMS such as ABB, Eaton, Siemens and Schneider Electric.

With over 30,000 active SKUs( Stock Keeping Units / products), Monti completes over 200 SKUs daily in a high mix / low volume environment. It recently made significant time and labour savings with its adoption of Planar inspection technology from UK metrology specialist, InspecVision.

The company was introduced to the InspecVision Planar machine by a local InspecVision distributor at the FABTECH exhibition in the USA.
