For its fourth edition , following the success of its September edition in Lyon , Global Industrie returns to Paris Nord Villepinte in France from 17-20 May 2022 .
“ Global Industrie is the only event in France to cover the whole of industry . It brings together the entire ecosystem ( start-ups ; large companies ; subcontractors ; manufacturers of industrial equipment or solutions ; competitive clusters ; research centres ; incubators etc .), as well as the whole value chain ( R & D ; design ; production ; maintenance ; service ; training etc .) and all its user markets ( transport ; energy ; mechanical engineering etc .),” the organiser , GL Events , told ISMR .
It incorporates four complementary exhibitions : MIDEST ( industrial subcontracting ); SMART INDUSTRIES ( smart , efficient and digital industry ); INDUSTRIE ( manufacturing technologies and equipment ) and TOLEXPO ( solutions and equipment for sheet metal working ). This year , it expects to welcome 2300 exhibitors and an expected 40,000 visitors from 85 countries .
The event is under the patronage of the French President , Emmanuel Macron , and plays host to several ministers , elected officials , ambassadors and representatives of the largest European professional organisations in the world of industry .
A showcase for innovation
“ Through the variety and quality of our exhibitors and activities , which allow visitors the opportunity to see , touch and understand innovations and new industrial processes , Global Industrie will highlight and reward the latest new developments . Around 1,500 machines will be in operation on the exhibition floors and fifteen industrial sectors will be represented at the event ,” said GL Events . Global Industrie will enable visitors to observe , handle and absorb innovations and the latest new industrial processes in several ‘ experimentation ’ areas .
