The indelible impact of ‘ thinning engineering ’

“ For instance , in many aluminium components of tablets and laptops , the thickness has been reduced from 0.3mm to 0.2mm resulting in a 33 % reduction in aluminium mining . Further reducing the thickness to 0.15mm achieves a 50 % reduction in aluminium mining . The point here is the change in design thinking , which not only reduces aluminium mining but also saves high energy and water resources while freeing up surplus manpower and equipment capacity ,” it continued .
According to the press specialist , thinning engineering is a strategy that not only increases profits for companies but also serves as the optimal solution for overall ESG environmental improvement , fostering a mindset for the Earth ’ s irreplaceable sustainability .

“ The INGYU DDH series double-action cupping press maintains the parallelism of the slide through an excellent precision guide system , ensuring stable BDC repeatability and precision for the mass production of battery cases ,” concluded the manufacturer . n
