At EuroBLECH 2024 in Hanover , Germany , Prima Power demonstrated how its solutions are designed to level up its customers ’ manufacturing processes . Following its promise “ Evolve by Integration ”, it showcased modular and scalable technologies that adapt to evolving needs .

PSBB Flexible Manufacturing System
The PSBB ( Punch-Shear-Buffer-Bend ) line is a fully integrated system for manufacturing rectangular parts and thin materials . The system showcased at EuroBLECH 2024 included the Shear Genius 1530 EVO combined punch and shear system and the Express Bender EBe 2726 FM panel bender .
“ The PSBB Line provides integrated automation , enabling 24 / 7 automated production for kit , batch and mass production . By reducing low added-value manual operations , PSBB results in four times higher production efficiency compared to conventional manufacturing cells ,” said Prima Power .
The Shear Genius 1530 EVO is designed for square parts and panels . It combines various processes such as punching , tapping , forming , marking and shearing , with up to 400 tools available inside the machine without additional tool storage . It integrates the Fast Loading Storage sheet-by-sheet loading device .
“ The bending solution integrated into the PSBB line on show at EuroBLECH was the Express Bender EBe2726 FM . This servoelectric panel bender has a new bending height of 264mm (+ 30 % compared to standard panel benders ). The DNP ( Device for Narrow Parts ) option enables the bending of narrow parts and profiles . Key features on the Express Bender at EuroBLECH included advanced angle control systems and the patented Advanced Profile Inspection ( API ),” highlighted Prima Power .
Platino Linear with Compact Server
The Platino Linear 1530 2D laser machine , the new Prima Power 2D laser solution , is equipped with an 8kW fibre laser . At EuroBLECH 2024 , the Platino Linear was showcased with features designed to further increase its overall profitability ( including a Compact Server load / unload system ).
“ The maintenance-free linear drive enhances machine uptime and reduces operating costs due to its high energy efficiency . With its compact footprint ,
the Platino Linear achieves best-in-class throughput per square metre with a 22 % reduced footprint . It offers lower cost perpart with gas savings of up to 40 %, reduced energy consumption and up to 96 % sheet utilisation . Advanced cutting options , such as the GAS MIXER Cut and ECO TOUCH Cut , optimise cutting processes by enhancing speed , reducing gas consumption and minimising burrs in a variety of materials ,” said the manufacturer .
Robotic Press Brake Bending Cell

The Prima Power Robotic Press Brake Bending Cell exhibited in Hanover integrated the eP Genius 1030 press brake , equipped with automatic tool-changing system , and a seven-axis anthropomorphic robot which connects the press brake to a high-end Night Train ® system . This created a fully automated Flexible Manufacturing System , a fully unmanned process that combines raw material cutting , blanking and bending with intermediate and automatic handling phases . “ The Robotic Press Brake Bending Cell is profitable for small and large batches due to its easy part programming , automatic gripper change and modular automatic tool change , which is up to 30 % faster
than the market average . Its efficiency in unmanned production enables fully automated operations , eliminating all manual intervention except for the removal of finished parts from the work area ,” it added .
Automatic material handling by robot includes picking up material from the Night- Train wagon , centring the part , overturning it by the Sheet Reverser ( if required ), bending and palletising . The automatic gripper change takes place in masked time when the ATC ( Automatic Tool Changer ) changes the tool in the eP press brake .
