The purchase of new machinery by Croatian manufacturer, TPK OROMETAL, has led to substantial improvements in productivity, capacity and efficiency.

To meet the growing demand for its products and increase production efficiency, Croatian manufacturer TPK OROMETAL required more powerful and efficient metal forming machines, including a plate roll and a flanging machine. The company aimed to expand its capabilities, enhance profitability and strengthen its position in contract manufacturing for other industrial firms. These objectives required the acquisition of advanced forming machines designed to streamline its operations and improve productivity.

Mr. Jendriš from Lorsel Group played a key role in evaluating TPK OROMETAL’ s production requirements, defining the input parameters and working closely with Faccin Group engineers to identify the best machine for the company’ s needs.

On a roll
During factory visits to Faccin Group headquarters in Italy, TPK OROMETAL representatives observed the machines in operation. Discussions with engineers and users provided valuable insights. The solutions proposed were the Faccin 4HEL series plate rolling machine and the Boldrini RIBO series flanging machine for various applications.
The 4HEL machine enables the precision bending of metal sheets and plates into the exact forms required for steam boiler shells, pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other types of vessels. This, said Faccin Group, ensured their strength and longevity which is crucial for safety and efficiency in industrial systems.
