Carolina Panthers Visited
Lakeshore Schools
On Tuesday, September
20th the Carolina Panthers
encouraged students at
Lakeshore Elementary School
and Lakeshore Middle School
to eat right and stay active with
a Fuel Up to Play 60 Pep Rally.
CATS Launches New Class
The Career Academy and Technical School is home to a
new program this Fall. Students have the ability to learn
the skills of manicuring.
Culinary Arts Students Serve Meal for District 6 Meeting
On Thursday, September 22nd, Iredell-Statesville
Schools hosted the North Carolina School Board
Association District 6 annual meeting. The Career
Academy and Technical School (CATS) allowed
students in the Culinary Arts program an opportunity
to showcase their talents by presenting a five-star
dinner to all guests.
Partnering in Education
Mitchell Community College and Mr. Marvin Norman, Iredell County Commissioner joined with Superintendent
Brady Johnson and members of the Iredell-Statesville Board of Education, principals, teachers and staff members
to sign the application for the early college on the campus of North Iredell High School.
