02 Organization Dear Dwayne… Q- I'm a 16 year old, 5'5", and weight only 110 pounds. I have been trying to put on muscle mass, but the gym just doesn't seem to work as effectively. I put on about 10 pounds in the past couple months. But i was just wondering, Is there any way to gain weight any faster? ~James Warden. grow once it's your time. 16 is fairly young age to build muscle mass- but again, it's still never too young to work out! ;) Suggestion- think about taking Whey protein shake and have protein rich diet. You'll definitely grow. I'm 17 years old. I've recently joined an exercise program. It's been couple months, and I visit their regularly (3 times/week) yet, I still don't see any difference. I was hoping to be at least 10-15 pounds lighter by now. Why can't I lose weight? should i quit the program? ~Jones R: No, absolutely not! Plan your workout with THE ROCK. may not feel any different, but you are definitely making a difference. One of the reason you may not see reduced weight is because you gained muscle mass. in other words, you got stronger, fitter and healthier. Keep working with the program, and reduce your calorie intake! go on a diet, eat less, burn more. you'll see change soon.
