Hotel Tsaghkadzor
Operating plan & Facilities
The hotel will be located in the city center of Tsaghkadzor. The land area is 3350 sq.m,
from which 1000 sq.m will be allocated for the building and the rest of the space will be used
as a front yard, parking space and green area.
Hotel Tsaghkadzor will be a 6-floor building, each floor constituting 1000 sq.m. The
lobby, lounge zone and bar will be located on one side of the first floor with the restaurant
on the other side. The restaurant will be open both for guests of the hotel and for outside
visitors. It will offer a wide variety of cuisines. Reception desk will be in front of the entrance.
Also, one part of the first floor will be allocated for two shops, which will be given for rent:
one for the souvenirs and gifts shop, the other one for skiing equipment.
Second floor will be fully allocated for administrative offices. The third, fourth and fifth
floors will be allocated for 80 guest rooms. The number of double rooms will be 23, the
number of triple rooms 43 and the number of family rooms 14.
A panorama glazing sky bar with a view of mountains will be located on the sixth floor.
It will be accommodating 30 tables, and will be able to serve on average 100 people at a time.
Next to the sky bar there will be a swimming-pool, which will again be open both for hotel
guests and outside visitors.
The hotel will offer the following additional services: Sauna, Laundry, Shuttles to
Ropeway, Free Parking and Free Wi-Fi.
