 Equestrian Facility with a total area of 2,000 sq. m will encompass a stable
designed for 10 horses, as well as indoor riding hall and outdoor riding arena. The
project envisions that the facility will generate additional income by horse
breeding, leasing out the horses and organizing horse riding activities. It will have
a separate entrance that will enable the Facility to run its operation without
disturbing the adjacent parts of the ranch.
 Livestock will be one of the major income generation sources for the farm. It will
be mainly composed of cows (50 units) and sheep (100 units) that will be kept in 2
large barns. The milk and meat of the livestock will be used not only to satisfy
