Greenhouse Revenue modeling was developed based on the following assumptions:
 The total area of tomato greenhouse is 1000 sq. m
 The productivity of Greenhouse will be low in the first years, but will
gradually increase up to the fourth year (45 kg per sq. m) and become
constant thereafter
 The harvest will be mainly exported to Russian Federation
 The average price for 1kg tomato is 1 USD
The project predicts to generate annual revenue of 26,000 USD from Fruit Production
Area starting from the 5 th year.

The revenue was calculated based on the following assumptions:

 The total number of trees is 500
 The saplings will produce their first fruits starting from the 3rd year after
planting
 The productivity of trees will be low in the first years but will gradually
increase up to the fifth year (100 kg per tree) and become constant
thereafter
 The harvest will be consumed exclusively in the local market
 The average price for 1kg apple is 0.52 USD
