Executive Summary
Project Overview The project plans to create the first indoor play center
with roller-skating in Armenia. The project will be
implemented in one of the existing but non-operating
factories in Vanadzor, which will make it particularly
interesting and creative, as well as will increase its cost
efficiency. The play center will offer various services,
such as: roller-skating, bowling, laser tag, alpinism,
playground for children etc. The center will also have
its small restaurant.
