Even though the core service is to
ensure that all customers can relax and
have fun as well, the resort intends to
ensure that they create other multiple
sources of income that will also generate
revenue for the business and boost the
bottom line as is legally permissible in
Tavush region as well as in the whole
Armenia.
Some of the services and products that
we intend to offer at the resort are:
 Room rentals for private and
corporate individuals
 Catering services
 Facility rental for private and
corporate events
 Consultancy and advisory services
 Trainings
 Fishing, Ice-fishing
 Skating
 Kayaking and canoeing
 Paintball
 Biking and mountain biking
 Various water attractions
 Indoor swimming pool
 And other.
Besides a hotel, building a dam and
hydroelectric stations are also included in
the project. The overall volume of the dam
will be 2 million cubic meter. The dam will
have multiple utilizations. From business
perspective, by building a dam, it gives an
opportunity to construct two HESs as well.
According to RA law, the energy which is
generated from HES, is subject to be
purchased by the Armenian electricity
networks fully. So, this means that building
and generating electricity from HES is
profitable. Moreover, the dam can serve as
an unnatural lake, by making the complex
much more attractive for tourists both
from Armenia and outside of it.
The water in the dam will be supplied to
rural area for both drinking and watering
purposes and instead getting additional
revenue.
