Risks and Risk Mitigation
As with each business initiative, the
construction of the complex within the
scope of the project and its further
operation will also be exposed to certain
risks that can affect the effectiveness of
the activity and the performance of the
intended indicators.
These risks can be global, which will not
depend on the quality of the complex
operation and the policies implemented,
and the local ones responsible for the
implementation of the project.
At the same time, as noted, there may
also be local risks which, in the case of
surveillance, will be mitigated, but their
impact cannot be underestimated as well.
