TSI Grows in Arlington
Located on 110th Street, the new TSI Products, Inc. headquarters is 150,000
square feet of design innovation, research and manufacturing efficiency – an
increase in size from their previous space of 39,000 square feet.
When asked why Arlington is the perfect spot for this multi-brand company
to call home, CEO John Ehlert said that “Between the central location, quality
workforce and business friendly environment, Arlington is the perfect fit for our
growing organization.”
Among TSI’s investment into this facility is the new state-of-the-art Tech
Center operated by International Climate Systems (ICS). The multi-million-
dollar design and innovation lab contains the only Climate Tunnel in North
America, specifically dedicated to the design, testing and manufacturing of air
conditioning and heating systems for power sports, military and electric vehicles.
This facility is key when working with ICS’ OE manufacturing clients which
include Polaris, Arctic Cat, Kawasaki, TUG, Caterpillar, Can-AM and more.

anytime soon.

In addition to the ICS Tech Center, TSI
has also invested in a highly efficient
production line for their A/C Avalanche
aftermarket refrigerant business,
capable of producing 240 cans per
minute. Supplying virtually every
major aftermarket retailer from the
likes of AutoZone, Walmart, Target,
NAPA, Dollar General and at least a
dozen more retail locations makes
Avalanche not only a household
brand, but their market penetration is
seen across North America.
Also housed inside the TSI campus is MoblOrg. Starting out originally as a console
manufacturer, MoblOrg has now become an aftermarket leader with interior
accessories. Everything from cup holders and consoles to vehicle organizers
are made in Arlington. Their products can be found at Walmart, multiple
automotive retailers and even north of the border at Canadian Tire. MoblOrg has
been featured on the Today Show, and their seven high-tech injection molding
machines not only produce products for their own brand, but also supports both
ICS and A/C Avalanche with components for their products as well.
