Tucked away on a side street in
Ferguson is the best produce mar-
ket you’ve never heard of.
From the Vine Produce and
Marketplace— formerly Produce
Distributors — has been serving
the area since October 28 under the
ownership of Tammy Price Anger,
Tammy Sinkhorn and Debbie Hall.
The story of how the three opened
From the Vine is one of friendship
and faith. Anger and Sinkhorn were

friends from working in neighboring
offices at the now-closed General
Electric plant, while Anger became
acquainted with Hall when she got
her real estate license and began
working with Hall — who stages
houses. Though Sinkhorn and Hall
had never met, they had similar
ideas for a business and Anger
thought she should bring the two
together.
“God just orchestrated this amaz-
ing plan,” Hall said. “We get to feed
hungry, we get to bless families…It’s
just been amazing.”
