Facility Spotlight Pathways is proud to recognize their partners in Weld and Larimer county communities. Each relationship is different and provides unique services and offers to our shared community members. This InTouch we will spotlight The Bridge at Greeley, who offers assisted living for seniors. The Bridge at Greeley employees caring associates that strive to enhance each resident’s well-being with a wide range of helpful services and amenities while encouraging the highest level of independence possible. The facilities, grounds, professional associates and comforts of home allow residents to be active and prideful of the community. The Bridge’s staff is trained to meet a diverse and changing set of senior needs. The setting provides families with the confidence and assurance that their loved one’s needs are being met while providing the resident the opportunity to enjoy the many benefits of living there. The Bridge at Greeley partners with Pathways for various community outreach projects, including the Alzheimer’s Association’s fundraising opportunities. In addition, Pathways supports The Bridge through sponsorships and having representatives on hand to offer educational presentations to their professionals and community members. Pathways presents a dynamic and compassionate team to work side by side as a partner in The Bridge residents care. The commitment of the staff is heartfelt. With Assisted Living Week being September 9-15, The Bridge at Greeley is planning various public events for this week. In addition, they will be participating in the upcoming annual Alzheimer’s Walk at Bittersweet Park on September 29.
