• Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn HR systems such as ADP
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Positive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn

Physical Requirements

• Primarily seated office work( approximately 90 %)
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the internship, the intern will understand the full employee life cycle and develop foundational skills in HR operations, compliance, HRIS systems, professional communication, and workplace professionalism, preparing them for future roles in Human Resources or public service.
