Global Travel Collection – Leadership Development Training
In 2024, Global Travel Collection launched an annual Leadership Development Training Program for Directors and above-level employees, with goals to further develop People Leaders skills and leadership career advancement. The program focuses on topics across Accountability, Critical Thinking, Leading Change, Building Trust, Crucial Conversations, Staff Motivation, Social and Emotional Intelligence, and Coaching for Success. Over 100 employees participated in these interactive sessions that were spread over eight months, with an overall 87 % satisfaction rate. The 2025 program will be expanded to include Managers and above employees.
Women of Internova
Women play a vital and influential role throughout our organization. Since its inception in 2022, Women of Internova, our pioneering employee resource group, has empowered women and their allies by fostering connection, promoting knowledge-sharing and supporting professional growth.
The group hosts engaging companywide events featuring thought leaders from both within and beyond the travel industry, creating a vibrant forum for inspiration and advancement. Its influence extends far beyond the workplace, with members supporting global charitable initiatives such as Bottomless Closet and Dress for Success, which help women prepare for the workforce with confidence and dignity. Members also regularly participate in breast cancer awareness walks and other meaningful causes, reflecting the group’ s deep commitment to giving back.
The success of Women of Internova has not only sparked dialogue and innovation, it has also inspired the formation of new employee-led groups. Among them is Women of Travel Leaders Network, launched in 2024 to spotlight success stories, exchange insights and strengthen relationships among travel advisors and agency members across the Travel Leaders Network.
