Leadership Programs
ALTOUR CoPilot Mentoring Program
Launched in late 2024, this program bridges gaps between staff levels and business units, promoting professional development and sharing knowledge to improve employee retention, cross-collaborations, eNPS, and idea cultivation. Since inception, over 80 employees have joined, with the first group’ s mentee eNPS at 88.88 %.
Barrhead Leadership Academy and Barrhead Aspiring Leaders Academy were launched in 2024 to engage our leaders and prepare our potential leaders within the organization. We are pleased to see participant satisfaction rates exceeding 98 %, with over 95 % likely to recommend the program to colleagues.
Barrhead Leadership Academy
A 14-month program that includes six in-person sessions and one online session. It engages leaders and managers to align with company expectations, enhance culture, policies, strategy, career development, team building, and 360 feedback. Over 90 participants joined the academy’ s inaugural class, and they are due to complete the program in 2025.
Barrhead Aspiring Leaders Academy
Prepares staff for managerial roles with essential leadership skills modules and networking opportunities over a 12-month program period. The program is designed not only to advance careers but also to retain top talent within the company. Since its inception, 50 participants have been accepted to the program.
