To do one or both of these can be easy; most of us, if not all, live by this
piece of advice on a fairly regular basis, whether we realize it or not. But I
challenge you, maybe for a week, maybe for a day, to be 100% you. You:
not someone you feel like you should be, nor someone you believe you
need to be. While doing so, assess the people in your own life. Who is their
most sincere to you? Be conscious of these people—friends, parents,
teachers, advisors, acquaintances. It may surprise how much someone
is willing to do for you, and who they will sincerely be, whether
stranger or sibling.!
