Metabolism is a collection of
chemical reactions that take
place in the body's cells.
Metabolism converts the fuel in
the food we eat into the energy
needed to power everything we
do like moving, thinking or even
growing. The approximate
amount of calories a women
should eat is 2,000 and in men
3,000. Depending of the years,
weight, gender, height, inches
and exercise you do is the
amount of calories you need per
day. Basal metabolic rate is the
rate at which heat is given off by
an organism at complete rest.
Vale ́s menu:
Breakfast: a glass of water or milk.
With fruit, eggs, or French toast
(300-400 calories Approx.) Lunch:
meat, chicken, salad of your choice,
pasta, potato or rice (600-700 calories
Approx.) Snack: smoothie, yogurt or
dried fruit (100-200 calories Approx.)
Dinner: fruit, salad, eggs, or veggies
(450-500 calories Approx.)
