" I got my professional start as part of the Suzuki Italia sales group as an aftersales area manager . Then I was able to spend 17 years as the sales manager for the Andreani Group . That gave me a fantastic professional training and was excellent all-round experience . " I believe that following that up with the technical

and industrial training that almost three years at Termignoni gave me - one of the most prestigious aftermarket and racing exhaust businesses in the industry - has really prepared me well for the challenges and opportunities here at TM Racing . " At Termignoni I was more fully dialled in to the whole of the production process - from the raw material to the finished product - and as with suspensions , being involved with performance exhausts added another new dimension to my experience , so that when I met with the Serafini family , I really felt ready to take the next step and put everything I have learned into helping to build a motorcycle manufacturing brand to the next level . " It was like all the stages of my experience had been leading me logically to this . The all-round context of my experience meant that not only could I really feel the passion that the family had for their brand , but I can fully understand the business opportunity that it represents for dealers internationally .
