About us
Guildford Grammar School is one of the
most beautiful and expansive schools
in Western Australia, sitting on almost
100 hectares of undulating land, just
12 minutes from the Perth International
Airport and 15 minutes from the
Perth CBD.
Our grounds, on the banks of the Swan
River, offer plenty of open space for
students to explore and experience
Australia’s unique environment and history.
Our boarders can participate in a range of
outdoor activities and hobbies right here
on campus, such as fishing, bike riding and
a wide range of sports.
Students enjoy all the benefits of city
living, with easy access to both Perth City
and Guildford village, providing them with
plenty of opportunities to experience an
array of recreational, educational and
cultural activities.
At the heart of our School is the stunning
Chapel of St Mary & St George, which was
consecrated in 1914. Whilst we are an
Anglican school, we welcome students
from all religious backgrounds.
Our boarders benefit from:
• Open green spaces
• Rural setting
• Freedom and independence
• Space to explore and be active
• Close proximity to the city
• Warm, inclusive environment
• Positive relationships
• Outstanding education
• Proud boarding tradition
Our boarding family
The boarding house is a natural
extension of the home, where a team
of dedicated and caring people see
to the academic, emotional and social
needs of our boarders. Many of our
staff live on campus, creating a village
atmosphere that celebrates family. We
are colleagues, neighbours, friends and
mentors who share a common purpose.
