[Strategic Investment through BOI will strengthen
Thai Industry with NEW ‘CLUSTER PROGRAM’]
This year many organisations predict that the 2016 economy will grow
in the range of 3 to 3.5%. It will be driven principally by government
spending and benefits from stimulus packages totaling 1.36 billion
baht and also investments in infrastructure that were approved in late
2015 and which amounted to some 3 billion baht. Major development
will begin in the last quarter of 2016 and is expected to encourage
private sector investment to expand. The measures to accelerate
private sector investment include financial assistance for SMEs and
measures to accelerate investment in the special economic zone.
This will encourage further investment through special benefits
which include support for both domestic and foreign investors in
future industries. This procedure will create a better overall investment
environment.
Entrepreneurs need to be prepared for future growth and should
study government support measures that are most suited to their
business. The most important factor to help entrepreneurs - especially
those in the industrial sector - is the introduction of appropriate
technology that can substantially reduce production costs. Another
important element is assistance and seeks partnership that can
raise company efficiency to an international level.

ร้อยละประมาณ 3 - 3.5 โดยยังมีแรงขับเคลื่อนจากการใช้จ่ายภาครัฐ
และได้อานิสงส์เพิม่ จากมาตรการกระตุน้ เศรษฐกิจแบบเร่งด่วน วงเงินรวม
1.36 แสนล้านบาท โดยเฉพาะแผนการลงทุนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่มีการ
อนุมตั ใิ นช่วงปลายปี 2558 ประมาณ 3 หมืน่ ล้านบาท และจะเริม่ ก่อสร้าง
ในไตรมาสสุดท้ายของปี 2559 คาดว่าจะผลักดันให้การลงทุนภาคเอกชน
ขยายตัวตามได้ กอปรกับมาตรการเร่งรัดการลงทุนภาคเอกชน ทั้งเรื่อง
มาตรการช่วยเหลือทางการเงิน SMEs และมาตรการเร่งรัดการลงทุนใน
เขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษโดยให้สิทธิประโยชน์ในการลงทุนเพิ่มขึ้น รวมถึงการ
สนับสนุนนักลงทุนทัง้ ในและต่างประเทศอุตสาหกรรมทีเ่ ป็นอนาคต จะช่วย
ให้บรรยากาศการลงทุนโดยรวมปรับตัวดีขนึ้
โดยมองถึงความจ�ำเป็นของผู้ประกอบการในการเตรียมรับกับสิ่งที่จะ
เกิดขึ้นในอนาคต การศึกษามาตรการสนับสนุนของภาครัฐอันไหนจะ
เหมาะสมกับธุรกิจของตัวเองมากที่สุด โดยสิ่งส�ำคัญที่จะสามารถช่วยผู้
ประกอบการโดยเฉพาะผูท้ อี่ ยูใ่ นภาคอุตสาหกรรมคือการน�ำเทคโนโลยีที่
เหมาะสมมาช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิต และการแสวงหาพันธมิตรเพื่อช่วย
