I ’ ve always had the premise when doing business that we are ultimately individuals conducting business . I enjoy getting to know people , understanding their motivations and the focus within the organizations they belong to . It ’ s natural that one can ’ t become friends with everyone , but what I am certain of is that genuine foundations of respect , loyalty and trust can be established , enabling the creation of better business relationships .
When you reflect on your career , what has been the most memorable achievement ?
I really appreciate that phrase which some great historical figures like Churchill and Benjamin Franklin used : ‘ If you fail to plan , you are planning to fail .’ I believe that every achievement , no matter how small or large , represents a milestone within the plan one sets for their professional career . Despite my age , I was entrusted with the responsibility , and it truly meant a lot . I recall that , to solidify the position I was given , I managed to close the largest deal that had ever occurred in Latin America at that moment .

What made you consider a career in technology ?
At the age of 15 , I had four or five computers at home that someone had brought to my mom , and I would end up repairing them . I realized that technology was my calling and chose to pursue a career in engineering . When I was in my final years of university , my goal was to join one of the
top technology companies that existed at that time .
What do you think will be the hot topic in technology in 2023 ?
The topic undoubtedly will be AI . I believe it ’ s something that has come to transform our lives , but also represents a significant challenge on both ethical and professional fronts .
What are your interests , and where do you like spending most of your time after work ?
I am married and have two young children , and my greatest motivation is to be able to enjoy the moments we have together . Children are a reflection of their surroundings , and if one truly wants to instill values and raise good individuals , it ’ s crucial to spend time with them .
So , the main focus in my personal life is being able to spend time with my family and allowing my children to enjoy moments with my parents and siblings . Beyond trips and such enjoyable things , I find a lot of joy in the time we spend together , where we can share and connect . •
