cCan you describe your current role and the somewhat challenging parts ?
Currently , I am based in Peru , where I began my career . My role focuses on covering partners involved in the cloud business for Spanish-speaking countries .
Regarding challenges , we have witnessed the market and the world undergo transformation over the past few years , and Latin America has not been exempt from this . This has truly led to a shift in mindset for those of us who have worked closely with partners and channels for many years .
We no longer operate in the traditional world where we assisted in the sales process of PCs and processors as we were accustomed to . Today , we see customers concerned about optimizing their data flow processes from the edge to the cloud , which involves Digital Transformation processes , hybrid architectures , connectivity and Artificial Intelligence .

Can you explain how your company works with channel partners ?
We have been transforming the way we work with our partners significantly . About 10 years ago , we managed a channel program that was heavily focused on local integrators . And this has been evolving and continues to evolve .
Currently , what we bring to the table for our channels are tools that enable them in the necessary technologies so that they can create services and solutions for their clients , thereby monetizing both their businesses and those of their clients .
How do you ensure that channel partners thrive in a highly competitive market ?
Channel partners are a key component of our business as they enable our new technologies to come to life , generating more innovation for local markets . Because of this , we are constantly developing , updating and tailoring programs that allow them to generate value for end customers and stay informed about the latest developments in the technology sector .
What are the latest trends you see emerging in the channel ?
We are observing that the major trend is Digital Transformation and everything surrounding it . Channel partners are highly concerned with how to create opportunities for their customers . Taking this into account , there is a lot of discussion about migrating to the cloud and adopting Deviceas-a-Service ( DaaS ).
