I’m starting with the interactive energizer “Greeting in a trip”. Afterwards there are a discussion about home rules, importance of family, holidays, stereotypes. During the discussion I’m also making the game “Sense of time” (Everyone get a piece of paper and there will be 5 questions: 1) How long is for u a “second” (e.g. when you are answering “Wait a second!”)?; 2) -// .. a moment; 3) ..a while; 4) .. 5 minutes 5) .. later. It gives you a picture of feeling the time in different counties). In the end some examples of body language are discussed. PRAKSIS provides lessons of Greek language, history and civilization were given to adult migrants, in eight big cities of Greece (Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Patra, Larissa, Hania, Kozani and Rhodes). Lessons had a duration of 140 hours. The aim of the program was to enrich the communication skills of migrants in the Greek language in order to empower in their integration process. The target group of this project were adult immigrants whose residency was permanent and stable. To provide easy access to the lessons to immigrants that had child care to attend to, there was a specially designed space enriched with the presence of specialized educators to creatively occupy with activities the children. 2) SPORT AS A MEAN TO PROMOTE EQUALITY FOR ALL: SPORTS PROGRAMS FOR IMMIGRANT CHILDREN AND CONDUCTING SPORTS COMPETITIONS “LET’S PLAY TOGETHER” The Action “Let’s Play Together” was launched in September 2012 and ran up till June 2013. Children from 8 to 18 years old , of Greek origin and migrants practice sports, 4
