Festival
The institutional network between the Autonomous Province of Bolzano (Italy),
the Autonomous Province of Trento (Italy) and the province Tirol (Austria)
coordinated by the Euroregion “Trento, Bolzano and Tirol” organizes the music
Festival “Upload Sounds”. Since these three neighboring provinces are related to
each other according with different historical factors these the three
governments have decided developing a common concept to promote: 1) one
itinerary music Festival between the cities of this provinces to promote 2) an
internet platform where young artists can upload their tracks/songs which are 3)
going to be evaluated and some of them rewarded by an official jury.
On one side the aim is to enhance the level of youth and cultural policy of these
territories offering a multidimensional tool, partly on-line and party “live”. On
the other side the objective of these festival consists of building up a virtually
transnational community of youngsters who speak different languages and
despite a common history come from different backgrounds.
