It’ s amazing, because I think It is me who has learned a lot because I really need to do a lot of research with regards to the matter. This requires a great effort on me, as I need to adjust my time and do some multi-tasking on my part as a person. One of the greatest challenges that I was able to meet is joining several groups where I can get knowledge and add some information about my craft. I thought that I wasn ' t able to make it possible on improving myself and growing as well as an individual. On the contrary though, I am able to uplift, motivate and I improve myself as an educator at the learning system through the help and through the kind assistance of my peers and group friends. Thanking you all is my uttermost desire as I am able to continue my volunteerism through these days despite some hindrances and trials in my everyday journey. I can say that teaching has been enabling us educators to touch other ' s lives thus making them and turning them to be a nice person in the community. To top it all in a nutshell, the person who has benefited a lot in the process is me as I am able to gain the respect of the persons that I was able to help in all walks of life. Most of all, I am able to bring back in myself the confidence that has been lost. Kudos to us all Educators and more power to us all.

I have learnt that always being pleased to see all my kids makes a huge difference to everyone ' s classroom experience. Teaching is incredibly rewarding and it has been my safe place, my refuge, just as the classroom can be that for some children too. That my students often have as much to teach me as they do to learn from me. That when people, of any age, feel loved and valued, they will excel themselves.

Teaching has taught me to be more flexible, more enthusiastic, more encouraging, and more motivating in class. But best of all, it has made me learn that I have the power to inspire learners in my hands, and the strength to help them acquire the language skills they need to help them get ahead and find their place in the outside world.
