Tell me about catering. Does The Press
cater events off campus as well?
We do! We have catered events for 5 to 500
on campus, but we have also enjoyed cater-
ing lunches and events for businesses in our
16
community. We welcome the opportunity
to cater your next event! Call us at 256-831-
7375 for more information.
What about room rentals? How many can
people can The Press accommodate?
We have beautiful and functional rooms
available for any occasion. We have hosted
intimate gatherings for wedding, bridal, and
baby showers to larger birthday, reception,
and family reunion events as well as high
school and college graduation ceremonies,
concerts, and beauty pageants. Our small-
est room can easily seat 35 while our largest
space can accommodate over 1,000 guests.
Who works at The Press?
Is it volunteer based?
What started as a volunteer based endeavor
now happily employs around 10 team mem-
bers including a full-time manager and chef,
baristas, cashiers, party hosts, and event co-
ordinators. We still utilize volunteers to help
make our largest events successful, and we
are excited to grow our team as our business
grows.
