Oxford Lake
At Oxford Lake, visitors enjoy a .67-mile walking track
encompassing the lake, covered picnic pavilions, a fully
equipped playground, and more. Oxford Lake has been
a hub of activity in the City of Oxford for decades. The 10
pavilions surrounding the lake provide an ideal location
for family gatherings, birthday parties, and business
meetings. Oxford Lake is also home to Alabama’s oldest
covered bridge. Built in 1850, the stunning Coldwater
Covered Bridge is a historical landmark in Oxford.
