Spiritual Emphasis Meetings –
“Heaven on Earth”
“…in CGLD as it is in Heaven”
Spiritual emphasis meetings are days
filled with refreshing and rejuvenating
moments that fan into flame the
passion of God. The CGLD community
eagerly awaits these special meetings
every year which help mould and
prepare them for their service in the
Vineyard. A certain buzz of excitement
began to rise as students filled the
chapel for this blessed service. 25th
and 26th July began the first set of
SEM, when Ps. Norman Baskar (TCAG)
and his beloved wife ministered to
the community. He emphasized on
Persistent Prayer as the secret for
successful ministry. He included some
inspiring messages about the Prayer
of Jabez, the Marks of a Maturing
Leader, and also on the Pillars of
Revival for an individual life and for
society around us. Sis. Celina Baskar
encouraged and ministered to the girl
students in separate session.
The second set of Spiritual Emphasis was held for 3 days from 13th -15th November. Ps. Glenn Dorsey,
Senior Pastor, Open Arm Assembly, Arkansas, ministered beautifully from God’s word to the community.
