create the lavish Drakes boutique hotel, it

The exceptional standards of the fine
dining Restaurant at Drakes has earned it
many accolades, which include achieving
the highest score of all Brighton restaurants
in the 2016 Good Food Guide for the 7th
consecutive year. Classis British (with a bit
of a twist) and Modern European dishes
are created using only the finest, seasonal
ingredients and each dish is a delight to
the palate. An impressive range of Old
and New World wines are available from
a comprehensive list to compliment each
course. Look out for a pleasing range of
Sussex wines also.
For that extra special touch, The Private
Dining Room, can be reserved for parties
and celebrations to suit any occasion. The
room can accommodate up to 12 guests and
includes the services of a dedicated waiter.
During the day this room can be reserved for
business meetings.
