welcome Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful time celebrating with family and friends and that Father Christmas didn’t disappoint. January is upon us. 2016 is upon us. Which is all so exciting, but we think January gets a bit of a bad wrap. Perhaps because all the sparkle and shine that makes December so magical is stripped away; maybe because we’re all simply missing the luxury of grabbing a turkey sandwich and snuggling up on the sofa to watch Love Actually. Again. Whatever it is, a lot of us tend to suffer from the winter blues in January and it all gets a bit doom and gloom. Which is why, in this issue, we’ve put together a bumper pack of ideas and options to kick start your January in a positive and happy way.
