Chocolate fork biscuits These delicious, indulgent and rich chocolate biscuits are perfect for sharing, there are also amazing for satisfying any chocolate lovers cravings. Here's what you will need: 280g of butter 110g of caster sugar 55g of cocoa powder 1 box of icing sugar 200g of flour 1tsp of baking powder First mix the butter and sugar together until it's well combined, then add the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Next role these into small balls about the size of a chestnut, if you want to stop them from melting wash your hands under cold water before handling the dough, place these on a baking tray, (greased with fat) and bake for 15 minutes at 170 or until puffed up. To make the icing to sandwich them together mix icing sugar, 3 tsp VERY STRONG coffee mix, 50g of butter, 20g of cocoa powder and a splash of water, mix until you get a thick consistency. You can then adapt this to make it how you like it, prefer coffee, add more coffee. Prefer chocolate, add more cocoa powder. When the cookies are completely cool sandwich them together and tuck in!
