From there Anil began working as the banquet chef, Taj Gateway Hotel Bangalore. TAJ Group of Hotels, India from 1999 – 2003. www.flavoursbykumar.co.uk From 2003 - 2004 Anil worked at the Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai, moving in 2004 -2005 to the Hotel Intercontinental Amman, Jordan. Anil's journey from 2005 - 2006 sees Anil move to London and work at the Cumin Restaurant in Finchley Road, moving to The Cinnamon Club, Westminster in London from 2006 - 2007. Then in 2007 - 2009 Anil as head chef joins The Indian Princess in Margate.
