The Secret Garden
The Secret Garden is a glorious ‘off the beaten path’ venue, offering
the freshest local fare in a gorgeous setting. When first stepping
inside, you get a feeling of being at home – with comfy sofas greeting
you as you walk in, just right for afternoon tea and cake. The
atmosphere, both inside and out, is enchanting.
The tables in the main coach house look out onto the cobbled
courtyard to one side, and looking to the other side you can take in
the beautiful views of The Secret Garden’s orchards and gardens.
We have been voted 1 of the top 10 Best Restaurants to Eat Outside
in the UK from Open Table, and won Best Restaurant in Kent 2010
from the Produced in Kent Awards.
If you have not been before we can tell you that we are a beautiful
restaurant set amongst the wonderful Kent countryside. We boast
sumptuous views over our large Victorian walled garden and
cobbled courtyard. We believe in the best of British and offer
excellent local seasonal food at all times.
